Martha Mills Smith (October 11th, 1934 – February 6th, 2023)

Martha Mills Smith, age 88 of Northport, AL, formerly of Demopolis, AL., passed away on February 6, 2023 at Moundville Health and Rehab.

Services will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 11:00 am at Magnolia Chapel South. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Moundville.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

She is preceded in death by her husband; Billy Jake Smith, grandson; Cooper Mills Smith, brothers; Larry Mills, Rufus "Buck" Mills, Carl Mills, sister; Eileen Mills and her parents; Rufus L. and Sadie C. Mills.

Survivors include her daughter; Debra Smith Taylor, son; Byron Jake Smith (Veronica D. Smith), brother; Ken Mills, grandchildren; Leanna Simmons (Eric Simmons), Asa Simmons, Ezra Simmons, Pamela Cleckler, Amber Dennis, and Kennedy Ratliff.

Pallbearers will be Don Huckabee, David Milam, James Milam, David Stephens, Brandon Paulk, and John Gregory Mills.
