Livingston Woman Dies in Monday Crash in Greene County

A Sumter County woman died in a crash outside Eutaw, Alabama, on Monday afternoon, State Troopers reported Wednesday.

Corporal Reginal King, a spokesperson for the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency in the region, said 34-year-old Deluska G. Harmon was driving a 2005 Nissan Altima on Alabama 39 when she was involved in a collision around 1:30 p.m.

King said Harmon, who lived in Livingston, struck a 2024 Freightliner semi truck driven by a Tennessee man.

Harmon was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, which took place about 14 miles southeast of Eutaw in Greene County.

No other details were available Wednesday as Troopers with ALEA's Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
