The Live at the Plaza summer concert series will return to downtown Tuscaloosa next month and feature 18 local and regional bands performing free shows over a nine-week span.

According to a release from city officials, the series will take place at Government Plaza every Friday beginning June 2 and continue through July 28. The free event is family and pet-friendly.

Free parking will be available in the adjacent parking deck located on 23rd Avenue between 6th and 7th St.
