Kimberly “Kim” Rogers (March 25th, 1971 – May 28th, 2025)

Kimberly "Kim" Rogers, 54 of Tuscaloosa, passed away May 28, 2025 at home.

Services will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at Magnolia Chapel South at 11:00 am with family friend Garrett Keith speaking and Magnolia Chapel South directing, burial will follow at Memory Hill Gardens. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2, 2025, at Magnolia Chapel South from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

She is preceded in death by her father-in-law, Bobby Rogers, mother-in-law, Virginia Rogers, step-father, Frank Crabtree and her sister-in-law, Tiran Byrd (Dan).

Survivors include her husband; Gene Rogers, daughter; Maddie Leigh Rogers, son; Colton Brooks Rogers, brother; Keith McCrory (Amanda), father; R.E. (Eddie) McCrory, Jr. , mother; Karen Crabtree, nephews; Garrett Keith (Leah), Jackson McCrory, and niece; Adrianna Trosclair (Noah).

Kim was born in 1971 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She was married to Gene for 25 years. She was a devoted mother to her children. Kim was an avid Auburn University fan and loved George Strait. She was very proud of her children's successes in academics, sports, and music. Kimberly had a great love for children, she enjoyed babysitting, caring for and nurturing others.

Pallbearers will be Jackson McCrory, Steve Kirk, Bryan Glass, Grant Glass, Shawn Phillips, and Craig Sullivan. Honorary pallbearers will be the congregation of Big Sandy Methodist Church and the employees of Amedisys.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to her favorite charity St. Jude Hospital, or a charity of your choice.
