Additional snow and sleet accumulations up to one to two inches and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. * WHERE...Bibb, Clay, Pickens, Randolph, Shelby, Talladega, and Tuscaloosa Counties. * WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
