Help Families in Need at Tuscaloosa’s AKA Sorority Stuff-a-Truck Event
During the holiday season, there is no better time to lend a helping hand. The ladies of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Eta Xi Omega Chapter in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, are hosting a community-wide “Stuff-a-Truck” event to support families in need through Temporary Emergency Services.

The Enhance Our Environment Initiative of the sorority chapter is hosting this collection drive on Friday, December 5, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m., at Shelton State's C.A. Fredd Campus, located at 3401 MLK Jr. Blvd., Tuscaloosa. 35401.
“For more than 75 years, Temporary Emergency Services (TES) has helped individuals and families in crisis situations by providing financial and other temporary assistance,” said TES.

Remember, acts of giving, big or small, create a ripple effect of inspiring others to help.
