Must-Attend Event: 2024 Northport Bunny Trail Kicks Off Soon

The eagerly awaited 2024 Northport Bunny Trail, organized by the Junior League of Tuscaloosa, is right around the corner.

According to a press release from the Junior League of Tuscaloosa, “this year, the Bunny Trail promises to delight residents and visitors with a stunning showcase of exquisitely adorned eggs generously sponsored by a diverse array of local businesses, organizations, and individuals.”

Organizers encourage you to get ready to experience the magic of spring at the Northport Bunny Trail, kicking off on March 2 and running through Easter Sunday, March 31. The trail will feature a variety of captivating spring-themed events aimed at delighting visitors of all ages. All events are open to the public and free of charge!

Danielle Kimbrough Spikes, Junior League of Tuscaloosa, VP of Fund Development, said there will be “three fun-filled events – Grand Opening, Pet Eggstravaganza, and Egg Hunt on the Trail. These events will be free and open to the public. Each event will have its own set of activities, but the community can expect activities for children and adults to enjoy.”

2024 Northport Bunny Trail Event Schedule

Grand Opening

Grand Opening festivities presented by Alabama Power and Premier Service Company, Inc. in Downtown Northport on Saturday, March 2, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Pet Egg-Stravaganza

Pet Egg-Stravaganza hosted in Downtown Northport on Sunday, March 17, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.

Egg Hunt

Egg Hunt in Downtown Northport with joy and surprises, perfect for creating cherished memories with family and friends. This unforgettable adventure will be on Sunday, March 24, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.

In addition to the trail events, visitors “can view the beautiful display of eggs decorated by community organizations and businesses. The trail also presents a wonderful opportunity to explore Downtown Northport with family and friends,” said Spikes.
