ALABAMA SPORTS ALERT: Tide Men’s Basketball Switches Stations Wednesday
ROLL TIDE!!!

Are you ready for some foo....uhh....BASKETBALL?
The Crimson Tide Men's Basketball team is, once again, off to a great start in their 2025/2026 campaign.
Coach Nate Oates is a true genius. In my lifetime as a fan, I've never seen a run of back-to-back-to-back-to-back successful seasons.
I started rooting for the Tide in the early 1980s. As great as Wimp Sanderson was, this success is unprecedented.
This season, the Tide is ranked #12 in the nation.
They are 5-2 after upsetting #5 St. John's (at the time) and #8 Illinois.
However, they dropped a game to #2 Purdue 87-80 and #12 Gonzaga by a score of 95-85.
Wednesday evening, the boys are kicking off the annual SEC/ACC Challenge tourney at Coleman Coliseum.
It will tip at 6:15 pm.
Due to the Crimson Tide SEC Championship Preview show, basketball will switch to 101.7 FM (WQRR/101.7 The River) on Wednesday night.
The pregame will start at 5:00 pm.
