ICYMI: Alabama WR Suffers Setback
The Alabama Crimson Tide continued with spring practice on Tuesday, and are officially halfway through spring ball. They've completed seven days of spring practice, and they have eight more to go, including the annual A-Day game on April 13th.

However, Alabama will be without one of its premiere playmakers at the wide receiver position. It was reported first by Tony Tsoukalas that Alabama wide receiver Jalen Hale left Tuesday's practice in an ambulance and did not return. The severity of the injury is not yet known.
Hale was expected to compete for the starting X at wide receiver this season, but his competition has been put on hold until he recovers from injury.
Hale signed as a member of Alabama's 2023 class as the No. 42 overall player and the No. 6 overall wide receiver. The 6-foot-1, 189-pound Longview, Texas native helped Alabama to a Rose Bowl berth last season, recording five receptions for 148 yards and a touchdown.
Hale's injury creates an opportunity for other receivers on Alabama's depth chart. Kobe Prentice is expected to be a contributor early, Germie Bernard already knows the system and can help early as well. Alabama has a flurry of talent behind the two that have experience as well, with Kendrick Law, Jaren Hamilton, and Emmanual Henderson all returning from last season. Alabama has no shortage of talent coming into the room either, with Caleb Odom and Aeryn "Bubba" Hampton on campus already, and Ryan Williams, Rico Scott, and Amari Jefferson set to arrive during the Summer.
