TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- Alabama wrapped up fall practice on Thursday morning with the 18th practice of camp. The next time Alabama steps onto the practice field on Monday, it will be week one preparation for next Saturday's game against East Carolina.

Following practice, players spoke to the media, with new tight end Josh Ford emphasizing his love of physical football, saying, "I just love to hit people. That's my passion for the game."

Alabama wrapped up fall camp practice on Thursday. When Alabama takes the field on Monday, it will be week-one preparation against East Carolina. Alabama is scheduled to open the 2026 season at home against East Carolina on Saturday, September 5. Kickoff is scheduled for 11:00 a.m.
