UPDATE (08/12) - Longhorns head coach Steve Sarkisian announced on Friday afternoon that Agiye Hall is suspended indefinitely from team activities.

A statement from the coach read, "We're aware of the situation involving Agiye Hall, have talked with his family and have suspended him indefinitely from all team activities for conduct that's detrimental to our program."

Hall was arrested on Thursday night by University of Texas Police and charged with a Class B Misdemeanor for criminal mischief equal to or greater than $100 but less than $750.

Former Crimson Tide wide receiver Agiye Hall found himself the topic of several controversies in his time with Alabama, and despite transferring to the University of Texas this past offseason for seemingly a fresh start, it would appear as if trouble simply follows the young wideout.

According to records from the Travis County Sheriff's Office, Hall was arrested on Thursday night by University of Texas Police on Class B misdemeanor charges. The receiver was charged with criminal mischief equal to or greater than $100 but less than $750.

In the state of Texas, a Class B misdemeanor can carry a fine of up to $2,000 and a maximum of 180 days in jail, but as of now it is unclear what sort of punishment the former four-star prospect will face.

Texas is set to face off against the Crimson Tide on September 10 and would have given Hall the opportunity to potentially show out against his former team, but now his future with the new program looks uncertain at best.

While there is still time for the young, obviously talented player, he will have to turn things around quick if he hopes to continue playing college football.
