Two major R&B talents will play a show at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater later this year, promoters announced Friday morning.

Fantasia, a 12-time Grammy Award nominee and the winner of the 2004 American Idol competition, will headline the performance, which is set for August 12th.

Fantasia also won a GRAMMY in 2011, securing the Best Female R&B Vocal Performance Award for her chart-topping single Bittersweet, which you can hear below.

Joining Fantasia as a special guest will be Babyface, who boasts a stunning 49 Grammy Award nominations with 11 wins.

A true jack of all trades, Babyface has written, produced and performed music with the top names in R&B and hip-hop for decades. His work with the best in the industry earned him three consecutive GRAMMY Awards for Producer of the Year in 1996, 1997 and 1998.

As if hugely successful production credits with Whitney Houston, Boyz II Men, Aretha Franklin, Madonna, Beyonce and countless others weren't enough, Babyface also teamed up with Toni Braxton to release the 2014 duet album Love, Marriage & Divorce, which went on to win the Grammy Award for Best R&B Album

The R&B icons are set to play the Amphitheater on Friday, August 12th, with the show scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets go on sale next Friday, May 6th, at 10 a.m. and will be available through ticketmaster.com and at the Amphitheater Box Office in Tuscaloosa.

Five tiers of tickets are available, starting at $29.50 per reserved seat and running as high as $99.50.
