Daniel Maurice Whetstone (November 17th, 1934 – May 18th, 2025)

Daniel Maurice Whetstone, age 90, of Northport, Alabama, passed away on May 18, 2025. He was born on November 17, 1934.

He was preceded in death by parents, Gladys and Maurice Whetstone; daughter, Vicki Takac; and son, Greg Whetstone.

He is survived by his wife, Ann Whetstone; and daughter, Sherry Buchalter. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

He was a Christian for sixty-one years and a member of Northport Church of Christ. Services will be held at Magnolia Chapel North on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. with visitation from 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. Kerry Richardson will be officiating.
