The Tuscaloosa County Health Department announced Wednesday that it is adding two drive-thru COVID-19 testing clinics to the calendar.

Participants can visit the Health Department offices, located at 2350 Hargrove Road East, on Friday, Dec. 11 and Friday, Dec. 18 to get tested for the coronavirus. The testing window is 8-8:30 a.m. both days, so do not delay.

Those who wish to participate must pre-register for an appointment. To book an appointment, call (205) 562-6903.

According to a Wednesday afternoon Facebook post, testing will be available for "patients who meet the testing criteria and while supplies are available." Such criteria include those who are symptomatic and those who fall within certain long-term residency stipulations.
