A Brierfield man died earlier this week in a two-vehicle accident in Bibb County outside Centreville, Alabama State Troopers said Wednesday morning.

Senior Trooper Vu Quang, a spokesperson for the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, said the wreck was reported a few minutes before 1:30 p.m. Monday.

Quang said 81-year-old Lee R. Johnson was driving a 2007 Toyota Camry when a 1996 Ford Explorer struck the car.
