Police Search for Missing Teen Last Seen Thursday in Tuscaloosa

A Moundville teenager is missing and was last seen Thursday afternoon in Tuscaloosa, police told media outlets Saturday.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency issued an emergency alert on behalf of the Moundville Police Department, who is looking for Rosa Maria Kelly Harper.

Harper is a 17-year-old black female with red and black hair and glasses.

Police say she was last seen on August 3, 2023 at approximately 3:00 p.m. wearing a black top and jogger pants in the 1800 block of Links Boulevard in Tuscaloosa.
