An open house at a downtown Tuscaloosa salon and MedSpa this evening will offer premium products at low prices, prize-packed bingo, and more to meet new customers and raise money for a local nonprofit.

BloGo Salon & MedSpa opened on Jack Warner Parkway near Hotel Indigo in 2018 and has steadily expanded its staff and services since then.

Tonight, from 5:30 to 7:30, BloGo will host an open house and fundraiser, with all proceeds donated to Hospice of West Alabama.

The annual event will feature 10 bingo games with donated prizes worth over $10,000 to be won, live music, food and drinks and much more.

Salon owner Misty Garrison said Hospice of West Alabama is one of just two inpatient hospice facilities in the state, and BloGo is proud to raise thousands for them each year.

Fundraisers this year include 10 rounds of bingo with exorbitant prizes like one package featuring a one-night stay at the Alamite Hotel, dinner for two at Evangelines, and a gift card to Effie's boutique.

The Salon will also sell a limited number of Bling Bags priced at $25, but stuffed with goods and products worth at least $150, making it a steal, which also benefits HWA.

The family-friendly event will also showcase BloGo's services, including cut and color, piercing, blowouts, keratin treatments, and more, as well as MedSpa procedures such as injectables, microneedling, and therapeutic massage.

Stop by from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. tonight to check out this downtown gem, raise money for Hospice of West Alabama and win great prizes generously donated for the night's festivities.
