Billy Wayne Sims (June 8th, 1960 – February 8th, 2022)

Billy Wayne Sims of Moundville was born June 8, 1960, and passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.

A 1:00 pm service will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Magnolia Chapel South with Rev. Charles Spence officiating and Magnolia Chapel South directing. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Seth and Annie Merle Sims, and a sister; Wanda Sims.

Billy is survived by his wife Renee Montgomery Sims, brother; Bobby & Wendy Sims of Michigan, an aunt Joyce Evans of Tuscaloosa.

He raised 2 grandkids as his own Kayla Ann Wyatt and Cody Ray Wyatt and 2 great grandkids; Caia (Cornbread) Wyatt and Loyalti (Turnip green), other and grandkids he loved including Craig Lee and Selena Brown.

He is survived by many who loved him and a host of friends and family.
