ALERT: Infant Kidnapped in Walker County Monday, Search Underway
UPDATE, 8:45 A.M. TUESDAY: After a harrowing 12-hour search, Baby Harlow has been found alive and an AMBER Alert issued for her Monday has been canceled.
A search is underway after an infant was kidnapped in Walker County, Alabama Monday afternoon.
The kidnapping took place in Parrish, Alabama, a town of less than 1,000 people about 50 miles north of Tuscaloosa.
The Parrish Police Department reported the kidnapping on social media around 8 p.m. Monday.
The baby is missing from Crest Avenue in Parrish. She is white and weighs around 20 pounds.
She was allegedly taken from a residence in a white 2009 Lexus RX350 with the tag number 3880AR8. It is possible the infant was in the back of the vehicle when it was stolen.
Police said the vehicle has damage on the rear passenger side and appears to be taped with clear tape.
