Alabama Volleyball Hosting Multiple Events During A-Day Weekend
Alabama football will draw fans to Tuscaloosa this weekend with its annual A-Day scrimmage, set to take place at 1:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, April 11, and last two hours. However, football isn't the only sport having events this week, as Alabama Volleyball will hit the court on April 11 for a spring showcase as they prepare for the fall season. Saturday's matches, which are open and free to the public to attend, begin at Noon, when the Crimson Tide takes on Mississippi State. The second match will be at 4:00 p.m. against the University of Memphis. Both will be free for fans to attend inside Foster Auditorium.

In addition to the two open matches, Alabama Volleyball will also hold a coaches clinic over the weekend. It's designed with your needs in mind, and the clinic offers an opportunity to grow in all areas of the game. If you're interested in expanding your knowledge of offensive and defensive systems, enhancing your practice plan, or developing a stronger team culture, the Alabama Volleyball staff will tailor the experience based on interests of those in attendance. The Clinic will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 11, and is available for $50 per coach inside Foster Auditorium.
Alabama Volleyball is also excited to host the Little Tide Volley Clinic, a free and fun introduction to the game for 1st through 5th graders. Designed to create a positive and energetic first experience, the clinic will focus on teaching basic volleyball skills through interactive games and drills led by our players and coaching staff.
The clinic will take place on April 12th from 2:00–3:00 PM at Foster Auditorium. Alabama looks forward to helping young athletes learn, grow, and fall in love with the game in a supportive and engaging environment.
