Walker County Man Charged with Rape, Sexual Abuse of 15-Year-Old

A 37-year-old Walker County man has been charged with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping, electronic solicitation of a child and first-degree sexual abuse, according to court documents filed Friday.

Danie Demarise Carlock, allegedly locked a 15-year-old girl into his home on Poplar Springs Road in Nauvoo, Alabama late one night in early August.

According to a complaint filed in the District Court of Waler County Friday, Carlock sexually abused and raped the 15-year-old victim.

After an investigation by the Walker County Sheriff's Office, probable cause was found to charge Carlock with the four felonies, He was arrested early Friday morning and booked in the Walker County Jail
