State Troopers have identified the woman killed in a wreck early Tuesday on Bear Creek Road in Tuscaloosa.

Trooper Reginal King, a spokesperson for the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, said the crash occurred at approximately 1:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Tyler Kamilia Ball, 26, of Duncanville was fatally injured when her 2012 Honda Civic collided head-on with a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Keith Turner, 24, of Tuscaloosa.

Ball was pronounced dead at the scene. Turner was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

The crash occurred about two miles south of Tuscaloosa along Bear Creek Road. Nothing further is available at this time as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency's Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
