The Bama Theatre in downtown Tuscaloosa will screen a quartet of holiday classics this month, giving families the chance to see the pictures on the big screen the week of Christmas.

The Bama Art House Film Series will return for a limited run featuring four festive favorites, with two screenings on Saturday, December 21st and another two on Monday, December 23rd.

The Series will feature How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000), National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, Home Alone, and the Polar Express.

The Grinch airs at 2 p.m. on Saturday, and Christmas Vacation will follow at 7 p.m. The following Monday, showings kick off with Home Alone at 2 p.m. and continue with the Polar Express at 6 p.m.

Tickets for each show cost $10 for the general public, $9 for students and seniors and $8 for members of Tuscaloosa's Arts Council, which organizes the film series.
