The Tuscaloosa County Commission has partnered with Waste Management Inc. to host its annual Fall Clean-Up Day. The county-wide event will take place Saturday, October 30 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Large trash containers will be set up across the county in each district, and any and all Tuscaloosa County residents are welcome to come get rid of unwanted things cluttering their homes.

Containers will be set up in several locations:

  • District 1
    • Camp Coker
    • Camp Samatha
    • Yellow Creek VFD
  • District 2
    • Hwy 216/Woodland Lake Rd
    • Hwy 216/Keenes Mill Rd
    • Holt Elementary
  • District 3
    • N. Rossser Rd/Old Greensboro Rd
    • Hargrove Rd East/Oakview Lane
    • Maxwell Elementary School
  • District 4
    • Foster's Grocery Store Parking Lot
    • Buhl Elementary School
    • Intersection of Culver Rd & Unity Rd

This service is completely free of charge. Household and kitchen garbage, hazardous waste and tires will not be accepted.
