Tuscaloosa County Courthouse Sees High Absentee Voter Turnout Saturday
The Tuscaloosa County Courthouse opened Saturday due to high demand for absentee voting, and local voters took advantage of the opportunity.
Long lines were seen at the Tuscaloosa County Courthouse this (Saturday, October 24th) morning as voters waited for their chance to cast their absentee votes.
The Alabama Secretary of State's office says voters are encouraged to contact their local courthouse to obtain Saturday hours. In West Alabama, Saturday absentee voting is possible within Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Marengo, Sumter, and Wilcox counties.
