Storm Damage

Strong storms near Ralph and Fosters this weekend have left behind downed powerlines, fences and full-grown trees.

The lanes on U.S. 11 in Greene County are blocked due to a fallen tree as a result of severe overnight storms that impacted West Alabama.

Storms came through West Alabama early Tuesday morning and caused damage in Northport, leaving several hundred without power.

Road closures, downed trees, and flooding reports were all over West and Central Alabama as a result of storms Tuesday evening.
