Cunningham is the fourth incoming transfer that Curry has landed this offseason, joining Sarah Ashlee Barker, Ryan Cobbins and Aaliyah Nye. Alabama will enter the 2022-23 season with elevated expectations as the team returns all five starters on a team that closed last year by winning 10 of its final 14 games.

The Alabama Crimson Tide men's and women's basketball programs are set to celebrate the start of their respective seasons with the Tide Tipoff event. The event, which features both Nate Oats and Kristy Curry's programs will be held on Friday, Oct. 22 at 7:30 p.m. CT in Foster Auditorium.
