Kennedy said officers found a male victim who had been shot several times and had him taken to DCH Regional Medical Center for treatment.

As the Thread reported Sunday night, TPD patrol officers located the suspect and took him into custody almost immediately after the shooting.

Kennedy said the VCU has reviewed video surveillance and interviewed witnesses and have charged Jamarcus Little, 27, with attempted murder for the dhooting.

Little was booked in the Tuscaloosa County Jail and is being held there with no bond.

Kennedy said the shooting was the result of a "simple argument" Little was party to inside the gas station.
