Police Identify Victim of Fatal Friday Morning Wreck in Northport, Alabama

Police officials in Northport, Alabama have identified one of the two victims killed in a fiery head-on collision on Highway 69 early Friday morning.

Assistant Chief Keith Carpenter told Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa's traffic reporter "Captain" Ray Allen that one of the victims is Jennifer Lorrain Worthington, a 42-year-old Northport woman.

Allen said Worthington lived on Hamnertown Road in Northport.

Carpenter told Allen that investigators are still working to positively confirm the identity of the second victim.
