One Dead, Two Injured in Friday Night Collision in Tuscaloosa County
A 22-year-old Buhl man was killed and two others were injured in a head-on collision that occurred Friday night in Tuscaloosa County.
According to Corporal Reginal King, spokesperson for the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency's State Troopers in West Alabama, the crash occurred around 10 p.m. on Tuscaloosa County Road 140, approximately six miles west of Coker.
Joshua E. Plowman, the driver of a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado, reportedly collided with a 2006 GMC Sierra driven by a 57-year-old who was also from Buhl.
King said Plowman, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, was pronounced dead on the scene.
The other driver and a 22-year-old passenger in Plowman's vehicle suffered injuries and were taken to DCH Regional Medical Center for treatment.
No other information is available as the Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
