A man is in stable condition after he was reportedly shot at an apartment in Northport Thursday night, and police say they have not yet made an arrest in the case.

Captain Marty Sellers, the co-commander of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit, told the Thread that their investigators were called to McDaniel Arms Apartments on Harper Road in Northport on reports of a shooting there.

Sellers said an adult male was in stable condition after the shooting, which was called in around 10:30 p.m. Thursday.

No arrests have yet been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
