The city of Northport will soon be home to a new-to-market drive-thru coffee shop on Lurleen Wallace, a city official announced Tuesday morning.

Jeff Hogg, the president of the Northport city council and chair of its retail development committee, took to Facebook Tuesday morning to say Seven Brew coffee will build a new store on Lurleen Wallace Boulevard across from the existing Shell service station.

"With over 100 locations throughout Texas, Louisiana, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arkansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, and already 5 in Alabama (Decatur, Huntsville, Moody, Jacksonville, and Auburn), 7Brew is sure to be a very popular spot in Northport!" Hogg said the brand serves coffees, teas, cocoa, smoothies, shakes and much more, and their selection of flavored syrup for drinks features dozens of choices.
