Nancy Faye Watson (May 11th, 1946 – September 8th, 2025)

Nancy Faye Watson, age 79, of Northport, Ala., passed away September 8, 2025, in Northport, Ala.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 12, 2025, at Phillips Chapel FWB Church Cemetery with Bro. Scott Montgomery officiating and Magnolia Chapel North directing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Watson, and daughter, Lisa Lillian Sartain.

Survivors include her daughter, Becky Watson; son, Donald Wayne Watson (Tynissa); sister, Gloria Ann Watson; five grandchildren, Marlena White (Chad), Hanah Ramsey (Carson), John-Owen Watson, Jonas Sartain, and Corina Tingle; two great-grandchildren, Ethan White and Naomi Ramsey; and her loving companion - sweet precious dog, Sally Watson.

Nancy loved classic Country music and Gospel music. She enjoyed cooking biscuits, cornbread and "country cooking," as well as baking cakes. She loved to put balloons on her mailbox. Most of all, she loved her grandbabies and great-grandbabies.

Pallbearers will be John-Owen Watson, Jonas Sartain, Carson Ramsey, Chad White, Jimmy Sartain, Donovan Mills, and Jonathan Mills.

Honorary pallbearers are Ben and Rhonda Smith, Jeremy Jones, Jimmy Sartain, Shannon Stonecipher, nurses and staff of Hospice of West Alabama, and friends of the Brownsville and Moores Bridge Communities.
