Local and federal police have located and arrested a Moundville man and charged him with capital murder for a deadly December shooting that left two teenagers dead in Jefferson County.

The victims,19-year-old Louis Craig IV and 13-year-old Jonathan Cottingham, were found fatally shot at an apartment in Forestdale on December 11th last year.

After months of investigation, deputies in Jefferson County and U.S. Marshals received information on the location of their suspect, a Moundbille man named Leon Walker, Jr.

JCSO spokeswoman Joni Money said the agencies worked together to arrest Walker Wednesday, and that he has been placed in Jefferson County Jail in Birmingham.

He has been charged with capital murder and is being held without bond, she said,
