Minnie Louise Howard (August 14th, 1938 – August 4th, 2024)

Minnie Louise Howard, age 85, of Chipley, Florida, passed away August 4, 2024 at Hospice of West Alabama.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 8, 2024, at First Baptist Church Chipley with Bro. Donny Crawford and Bro. Mike Orr officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery on North Avenue in Chipley with Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, FL directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Magnolia Chapel North is assisting the family with final care.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hiram and Eunice Griffin; brothers, Harrell Griffin and Chester Griffin; sister, Lorene Holland; and stepson, William Andrew Howard.

Survivors include her husband, Ron Howard; sons, Donny (Debbie) and Ronnie (Mia); stepson, Jonathan Howard (Annette); brother, James Griffin; sister-in-law, Ruth Griffin; grandchildren, William Crawford (Audrey), Samantha Crawford, Shane Crawford (Taylor), Grayson Crawford (Lee), Jake Crawford, Ty Crawford, Ben and Nora Ann Howard, Brittny Martinez (Edgar), and Amanda Huff (James); 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, William Crawford, Shane Crawford, Grayson Crawford, Jake Crawford, Ty Crawford, and great-grandson, Easton Crawford.

Honorary pallbearers are The Thomas Porter Sunday School Class at First Baptist Church Chipley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of West Alabama, Northport Baptist Church.
