Robins has been identified by authorities as the girlfriend of 23-year-old Kadarrell Winn, who is charged with murder in the Saturday night shooting death of 24-year-old Librian Jones, Jr. of Greensboro. Authorities say Jones was attending a "Class Day Out" event behind the Sawyerville Convenience Store and Gas Station when shots rang out. No one else was wounded in the shooting.

The "Class Day Out" was being held in the16000 block of Alabama Highway 14 in unincorporated community of Sawyerville. Organizers of the event say the shooting stemmed from an issue between Winn and Jones and had nothing to do with the event that Jones was attending. It took place outside the event venue according to Hale County Sheriff Michael Hamilton.

Winn was taken into custody with assistance from the Reform Police Department, Pickens County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Marshal's Task Force at Robins house in the West Pickens County city of Reform.

ALEA's State Bureau of Investigation is leading the investigation into the incident. No further details have been made available.
