Joseph “Joe” Edward Rouse (December 14th, 1952 – October 14th, 2023)

Joseph Edward Rouse, age 70, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, passed away October 14, 2023 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.

His Celebration of Life service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Magnolia Chapel North with Bro. Hank Atchison and Daniel Lightfoot officiating and Magnolia Chapel North directing.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at Magnolia Chapel North.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy and Collen Rouse; and brothers, Richard And Brooksie Rouse.

Survivors include his wife, Marcia Rouse; daughters, Gretchen and Elisa; and sister, Patsy Thompson.

Joe was born and raised in Tuscaloosa. He married Marcia Riley in 1983 and had two daughters with her. He loved hunting, riding his motorcycle, watching Alabama football and playing his guitar. He loved his family and friends.

Honorary pallbearers are Daniel Lightfoot, Tod Moses, Ricky Wyatt, and Dennis Hudgins.
