Juvenile Shoots Two Others During Fight at Jasper Sonic Thursday Night
One juvenile allegedly shot two others Thursday night during a planned fight at the Jasper Sonic in Walker County, police reported Friday.
In a post on social media, the Jasper Police Department said a group of juveniles gathered at the Sonic on Highway 78 East to watch two of the young people fight at the fast-food drive-thru.
During the fight, at about 10 p.m., one of the juveniles who was there to spectate reportedly pulled out a gun and shot two other young people who were there.

Jasper PD said one kid was shot in the foot, and another was hit in the leg.
"Thankfully, both victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries, received medical treatment, and have since been discharged from the hospital," their post said.
Detectives have reportedly identified the juvenile suspect who fired the shots, and said Friday that they are in the process of seeking to arrest them. Because this case involves minors, no additional identifying information will be released at this time.
