Kenneth Jenkins is the second youngest of five children. Jenkins was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama where he spent his childhood and adolescent years. He attended Central Tuscaloosa High School where he completed his full high school career. Jenkins also helps produce sports at Tuscaloosa Career & Technology Academy with BCN-TV.

He went on to attend Troy University, in Troy, Alabama, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Design, Technology, and Industry, as a Graphic Designer. Jenkins was given the opportunity to display his final thesis in the Art Exhibition at Huo Bao Zhu Gallery. He finished his college career in the Fall of 2017 where he was also honored on Troy’s Fall 2017 Provost’s List.

Jenkins went on to follow his design career in Destin, Florida with Eloquent Signs, a licensed electrical sign contractor. His role as Senior Graphic Designer gave him the opportunity to serve the people of the Emerald Coast. They received multiple awards including Best of the Emerald Coast for the years 2018 and 2019. In 2018, Jenkins married his wife Porsche Kemp Jenkins. However, he felt God calling him back to Tuscaloosa and Vestavia Hills, Alabama. In 2020, he started his design company Twenty4 Studios specializing in print media and branding.

"Black History in Alabama is a part of my family’s existence. It provides us a foundation on how far we’ve come and how far we can go."

Over the years he has built a brand and business that has brought forth many opportunities for him and his family. Jenkins hopes that he can continue to grow Twenty4 Studios to provide children of color with the opportunity to impact the world of design and technology. He encourages children of color to learn how to bring brands to life, especially for small businesses and startups in the new age of technology. He has held classes to help teach and mentor youth by sharing his design work, knowledge, and experience. Jenkins says If I had to start over, I probably would have started earlier. I would have taken business-related courses in college as well to give me a head start in the business area."
