While residents certainly enjoyed the brief taste of fall weather, fans are encouraged to keep an eye on the forecast while planning their gameday activities, such as tailgating and post-game fun. What will start as a chilly morning will gradually get warmer as the day progresses.

Kickoff is at 11:00 a.m. at Bryant-Denny Stadium, and James Spann, ABC 33/40, and Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa Chief Meteorologist said “the sky will be mostly sunny with temperatures rising from the upper 80s at kickoff into the low to mid 90s during the second half. It will be a hot afternoon.”

The National Weather Service in Birmingham said at Saban Field, “fans can expect sunny skies with a high near 93.”
