AUBURN, Ala. - The Alabama Crimson Tide out-rushed the Auburn Tigers en route to a 27-20 victory over the Tigers. Ty Simpson, while he didn't have his best day, still tossed three touchdowns to Miami transfer wide receiver Isaiah Horton to help the Crimson Tide secure its victory, including a pivotal fourth-and-two conversion that ended up being the game-winning touchdown for the Crimson Tide on Saturday night.

Simpson finishes the regular season with over 3,000 yards passing and 27 total touchdowns for the Crimson Tide after his three-score performance against the Auburn Tigers. Alabama also clinched the victory over the Tigers thanks to the right foot of kicker Conor Talty, who made a 45-yard and a 29-yard field goal for Alabama.
The Crimson Tide will have one more game left before it learns its College Football Playoff fate, but the 24-hour rule means the Tide's coaches, players, and fans can enjoy the victory before turning attention toward the Georgia Bulldogs (again) this season.
