Bama Tops AP Poll Following UGA Win
The more things change, the more they stay the same. Amid the chaos of college football, and the changes across the University of Alabama since head coach Nick Saban retired on January 10, Kalen DeBoer and the Crimson Tide ascended to the top of the rankings once again.
It's only week six, but a 41-34 victory over Georgia at home inside Bryant-Denny Stadium was enough to make the voters change their minds on who is the No. 1 team in the country.
Alabama sits atop the AP poll once again. It's a milestone for the Crimson Tide, as Alabama has been ranked No. 1 in the country at some point 16 times in the past 17 seasons.
