Thursday’s Injury Report Adds Three Names for Alabama
On the initial injury report released on Wednesday, Alabama was only expected to be without the usual four players who have been sidelined due to injuries: linebackers Qua Russaw, Jah-Marien Latham, and Cayden Jones, and defensive lineman Jeremiah Beaman.

However, Thursday's report added three names to the list ahead of the Crimson Tide's matchup against South Carolina on Saturday.
Tight end Danny Lewis Jr. will be out; Lewis has battled injuries all season long. This is the first time this season wide receiver Lotzeir Brooks has appeared on the report; he is doubtful for the game. Offensive lineman Geno VanDeMark is listed as questionable.
There have been no reports or indications throughout the week suggesting that the three would appear on the Thursday's injury report.
Brooks has been a significant weapon for the Crimson Tide, rotating in for plays. The freshman is part of a talented receiving corps at Alabama and he has had some standout moments this season. So far this season, Brooks has 16 receptions for 255 yards.
VanDeMark is the starting right guard for the Crimson Tide, leading in right guard snaps, with Jaeden Roberts in second.
