
Alabama Hoops Prepares For Missouri In SEC Tournament Opener
Alabama's season ended with a hard-fought loss to No. 4 Texas on Sunday, 72-65. The Crimson Tide finished the regular season with a 21-9 record, 7-9 in the Southeastern Conference, and made their fifth straight NCAA Tournament appearance under coach Kristy Curry.

With the regular season complete, Alabama heads to Greenville, South Carolina, for the SEC Tournament, which starts Wednesday, March 3, and concludes with the championship game on Sunday, March 8.
The SEC has released the tournament schedule. No. 11 seed Alabama will play No. 14 seed Missouri in Game 4 of the first round. The winner will face No. 8 Tennessee in the second round.
If the Crimson Tide beat the Tigers, they'll have a rematch with the Lady Vols in primetime.
During the regular season, Alabama defeated Missouri 74-63 on Jan. 12 in Columbia, Missouri, improving to 17-1. Karly Weathers led Alabama with a career-high 23 points, while Grace Slaughter led Missouri with 23 points.
In their most recent game against Tennessee, the Lady Vols defeated Alabama 70-59 on Jan. 18, marking their sixth straight win in the series.
Based on regular-season results, fans can expect another great game between Alabama and Missouri. If Alabama advances, a rematch with Tennessee on a neutral court in primetime would be a thriller.
Alabama and Missouri will play at 7:30 p.m. CT on the SEC Network, as the Crimson Tide aims to advance to a rematch against Tennessee.
