The Alabama Crimson Tide officially got involved in the Name, Image and Likeness game with the announcement of the High Tide Traditions collective earlier in the week.

The Alabama collective has hit the ground running this week signing two players off the Crimson Tide football team. Offensive tackle Tyler Booker became the first athlete to sign with High Tide Traditions on Monday, and place-kicker Will Reichard became the second to sign on Tuesday.

The 6-foot-5 freshman tackle jumpstarted his football career by enrolling early at the University of Alabama in the spring semester. He's taken the path of many football players before him, playing high school ball for IMG Academy in Florida, and following that up by playing college ball for the Crimson Tide.

Reichard already had an NIL agreement with Podiatry Associates of Birmingham and now is the second Alabama athlete to join High Tide Traditions. The senior has stabilized the kicking position over the last three seasons, converting on 176-of-178 field goals over his three seasons.

The High Tide Traditions is a third-party entity who's role is to benefit student-athletes by connecting them with business and branding opportunities. The collective is led by attorney Larry Morris with business leaders Paul Register, Tripp Powell and Cole Price.

Now that the Tide has its NIL collective in place fans should see more and more Alabama athletes become members of High Tide Traditions.
