Grace “Meme” Hodo (April 24th, 1947 – December 18th, 2023)

Grace "Meme" Hodo, age 76 of Tuscaloosa, passed away on December 18, 2023, at Northport Medical Center.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at The Vine Church, 70 Owens Street, Moundville, Al. from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

She is survived by her daughters; Rhonda Hendrix (Jamie), Jenny Petersen (Aaron), V.J. Law (Jarrett), son; Rodney Nilles (Ulli), grandchildren; Daniel Nilles, Simon Nilles, Catherine Nilles, Annaika Petersen, Mia Petersen, Hunter Law (Rebekah), Gauge Law, Kimber Law, Colt Law, and many other adopted grandchildren, she was a "Meme" to everyone and an extended number of family and friends.

She was a very loving mother and grandmother. She was a pure joy and loved everyone. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Others' needs always came first with her love and her care.
