Governor Kay Ivey to Offer Update on Alabama’s COVID-19 Response

Alabama Governor Kay Ivey will host a press conference at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday, December 9th) to update residents on the State's response to the novel Coronavirus.

Ivey will be joined by State Health Officer Doctor Scott Harris.

The state's current mask mandate and Safer-at-Home order are set to expire Friday, December 11, and Ivey is expected to give an update on Alabama's plans to continue each in the midst of the novel Coronavirus pandemic.
