Glenda Sue Sutton (March 27, 1966 – August 29, 2026)

Glenda Sue Sutton, 60, of Elrod, Alabama, passed away August 29, 2026, at her residence.

Services will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at Shepherd's Way Christian Church in Northport with Bro. Larry Colburn officiating. Burial will follow in Dunn's Creek Cemetery in Gordo, Alabama, with Magnolia Chapel North directing. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dave and Audrey Sullivan.

Survivors include her husband, Marty Sutton; daughter, Julie Sutton; sons Josh Sutton (Kristi) and Jacob Sutton (Tia); sisters Brenda Johnson and Vanessa Johnson; brothers Terry Sullivan and Allen Sullivan; and grandchildren Ava Fisher, Cottee Campbell, Skylar Wilson, Tyler Wilson, Allie Burcham, Emery Burcham, Ben Sutton and David Sutton.

Glenda found joy in simple things in life. She loved singing, spending time with her family and friends, and most of all, making precious memories with her grandbabies. Her love, laughter, and presence brought warmth and happiness to everyone around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Pallbearers will be Russell Latner, Gary Fields, George Fields, Eddie Fields, Shane Kelly and Jason Childers.
