The content is good, but I docked it three stars because the app doesn't respect my notification settings. I asked it to only alert me to breaking news, since I was getting too many alerts per day, but that didn't slow them down. I also told it not to use alert sounds, but it still used them. Then I tried to turn off all alerts, but it's still sending them. I realize I can stop alerts by revoking the app's notification permission, but I shouldn't have to do that. Please fix this.

Great refresh for Tuscaloosa. The app is clean but could definitely be refined. I'm impressed with the reporting so far.
