Donna Guy (December 3rd, 1952 – July 9th, 2022)

Donna Guy, age 69, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., passed away July 9, 2022 at DCH Regional Medical Center.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Magnolia Chapel South. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Magnolia Chapel South directing. Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 a.m. Tuesday, at Magnolia Chapel South.

Donna Guy went to her heavenly home on July 9, 2022, after a hard-fought battle and lengthy illness. God blessed this earth with her presence on December 3, 1952.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years Trimm Donald Guy, parents John and Cherry Standifer and sister Elisa Ann Standifer.

She is survived by a daughter Jennifer Hatalie Guy and granddaughter Alisa Brooke Guy, brothers Larry Standifer and Danny Standifer and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She will be forever remembered for her huge compassion for friends and devotion to her family, her passion for animals, a snow-covered vista, and her beloved Crimson Tide. She would conceal her personal pain and problems to provide room in her heart for those of others. Both her heart and her ears were always open to anyone who needed them. Her ever-present guidance, smile, and heart-felt love will be sorely missed by many. Our loss is heaven’s gain.
